∎ Minimum Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration/ Banking and Finance / Marketing / Management / Bank Management from any reputed University approved by the UGC.

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing & implementing high impact E- learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
∎ Conduct organizational needs analysis and create E-Learning plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their job roles.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Thorough understanding of E- Learning processes.
∎ Identify and assess the E-Learning needs of the organization.
∎ Develop individualized and group E-Learning programs that address specific business and organizational needs.
∎ Develop E- Learning manuals/materials that target tangible results.
∎ Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that E-Learning is meeting business needs and improving performance.
∎ Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver E-Learning.
∎ Strong communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Problem solving & decision making capacity.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about E- Learning software and computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Amicable personality & Positive attitude.
