∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cash Management, Corporate Liability Marketing, Transaction Banking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to Bank's overall deposit growth by building high quality corporate depository customers.
∎ Self-motivated with good business network on. Govt. sectors, Semi-Governments and other Private sectors.
∎ On board new corporate customers with potential business opportunities and achieve assign business target.
∎ Good understanding of cash management products and solutions available in Bangladesh Market.
∎ Ability to understand customer requirements and offers for solutions.
∎ Generate new business while cross selling different products of the bank.
∎ Plan and ensure mobilization of low cost fund by offering innovative Cash Management solutions.
∎ Follow market changes to identify new opportunities.
∎ Drive different sales promotions and campaigns.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 05 Years and Permanent Position in Related Department (i.e. Corporate Liability Marketing/Cash Management/Transaction Banking).
∎ Ensure AML compliance and regulatory policies and requirements.
∎ Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
∎ Ensure service excellence.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Adequate computer literacy to work on online software modules and MS Office packages.
∎ Autonomous Bodies, etc).
∎ Efficient management of allocated portfolios, customers feedbacks and complains.
