Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ME, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write, repair, and test PLC programs for machines and equipment on site.
∎ Provide technical support in resolving equipment and process issues.
∎ Comply with safety protocols and guidelines.
∎ Develop & implement an acceptance test plan.
∎ Communication Protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, HART, OPC).
∎ Ability to trouble shoot and configure other automation devices, such as VFDs, motor starters, HMI’s for automation/control.
∎ Review/modify electrical schematics, drawings, and I/O lists for various electro-mechanical systems to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Experience with PLC Programming & Automation Software (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).
∎ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
∎ Strong ability to troubleshoot problems.
∎ Strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work with new scope.
∎ Entry level experience with Rockwell PLC platforms, Siemens, Horner.
∎ Ability to demonstrable working knowledge using various end devices including pressure and temperature transmitters, mass flow meters, VFD drives, soft starters.
∎ Working with Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 series PLC, HMI and WinCC SCADA Platform.
∎ To have seriousness about responsibilities and love for work.
