Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Plant Engineer for the company`s daily operations. The ideal candidate is expected to have practical experience in any manufacturing industry, preferably in a cosmetic industry for at least 2-3 years. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical skill.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in mechanical engineering principles.
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products.
Methodically perform experiments, analyze data, and evaluate outcomes.
Find, create, and implement efficient solutions to new problems.
Conduct testing and analysis to validate the functionality and safety of machine.
Operate packaging machinery of several types at varying stages of the production line, performing actions quickly and safely at all times
Sort and weigh products after packaging to ensure requirements are met and no mistakes have been made
Perceive the production line ahead of you to anticipate errors and make adjustments as needed to prevent slowing down
Perform simple hourly maintenance on machine to ensure it is completely functional and safe to operate
Complete paperwork and other minor administrative tasks at the beginning and end of shift, carefully ensuring all information is entered correctly and clearly
Support other machine operators to ensure no workers become fatigued or distracted during daily operation
Maintain packing and filling machines by cleaning and lubricating equipment and clearing jams
Monitor machine operations and either repair or report malfunctions in a timely manner
Ensure that packaged products meet safety and quality specifications
