Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for planning, coordinating and organizing knitting production schedules for all
∎ Knitting Machines considering target delivery date by assessing the production capacity of each Knitting Machine.
∎ Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials specially Yarn, manpower planning, production recording and follow up.
∎ Handling the orders of different buyers simultaneously and prepare the knitting production plan independently.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of Gray Fabric production in the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the delivery schedule.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis for all knitting machines, execute the plans and reach the target set by the company and reduce plan v/s actual gap.
∎ Work closely with the Merchandizers, CAD Team, Dyeing department, Garments Department,Quality Assurance Department and Stores to ensure the required standard & quality of the gray fabrics and in time delivery to the Dyeing Department.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity in accordance with the IE requirement.
∎ Prepare fabrics delivery Schedule to Dyeing section.
∎ Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain and review Gray Fabrics positions/stocks to ensure ontime
∎ shipment.
∎ Follow up fabrics production capacity charts, fabrics receiving & finishing plans and manage
∎ deviations within the Knitting planning process.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Should have 12 - 15 years working experience in a large Knit Composite Factory.
∎ Must be experienced & qualified in Knitting Planning specially with high quality Circular Knitting Machines.
∎ Should have minimum 7-8 years' working experience in Planning Section in a Knit Composite Factory having 80-100 Knitting Machines.
∎ Have adequate knowledge, experience and skilled in working with Machine Día, Gauge, Finish Día,
∎ Parameters and other related issues.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Knitting Production Management, Costing, Fabric structure,
∎ Production capacity for any design, Production time and Quality.
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met.
∎ Must have good communication skills (written & verbal) both in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Computer Operation specially in MS Office (word, excel, emailing, etc.)
∎ Ability to work as a team leader and do multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Must have strong leadership & management capability and should be target-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
