Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and co-ordination with production team; and merchandising team for zero line gap in production & on time shipment.
Work with buyer, merchandiser, store, suppliers and top management.
Must be able to plan in excel with top quality excel chart making skills.
Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
Make a bulletin (Time and Action plan) against every style
Alter all department for any deviation from original plan.
Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target
Make daily, monthly and quarterly report for buyer and management
Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
