Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc or Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognized university/institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages a store in the health centre.
∎ Dispenses medication for the patient.
∎ Regularly prepares requisition for medicine and other logistics.
∎ Conducts triage and sends the patient to respective departments for care.
∎ Push immunizations shot for the clients.
∎ Helps Assistant Technical specialist in record keeping and reporting.
∎ Helps Assistant Technical Specialist in providing patient care.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 1-2 years working experience
∎ Sound understanding and experience of primary healthcare.
∎ Knowledge on patient care, immunization, triage, store management, medicine dispensing.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Vaacination skills
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Demonstrated skills in clinical planning and decision making.
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situation.
