Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for Home Loan Disbursement, Deposits and Portfolio.
∎ Responsible for strategizing Home Loan portfolio growth and disbursement targets.
∎ Prepare and execute campaigns for Home Loan.
∎ Preparation and coordination of strategies among team members to ensure proper achievement of targets.
∎ Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies.
∎ Maintain liaison with other departments for smooth home loan file processing and ensuring excellent customer service.
∎ Maintain Client Relationships and ensure involvement with clients where required.
∎ Escalation and solution of issues with clients.
∎ Be involved with continuous improvement of policies and processes as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7-8 years of experience managing Retail Products, preferably Home Loan
∎ Candidates with experience from Banks & NBFIs will get preference
