Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Built from scratch a KPI dashboard that records & displays all relevant KPIs of the whole team in one dashboard which is understandable & interpretable for extracting actionable insights by all
∎ Built a system of extracting & processing raw content analytics data from multiple tables & sources and visualize in a single dashboard at a granular level for easy understanding of content performance, best/worst performing contents, audience preferences & segmentations based on content types & genres
∎ Worked closely with content acquisition team to develop of process for determining competitive pricing for content acquisition based on market competitiveness depending of cost per view, cost per min & ROI
∎ Built numerous Business cases to help team decide which contents to acquire that will give the best ROIs, will be most profitable according to business needs and most widely accepted by the relevant TGs
∎ Collaborated closely with FPNA & Commercial Planning & Strategy teams to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the current strategies; forecast & suggest changes to current strategies if needed to achieve business targets/goals
∎ Collaborated directly with business development team to identify new ways of generating higher revenues through new ad placement opportunities, building new ad inventories (which will not hamper customer experience) and data packs bundling for higher data revenue
∎ Contributed to revenue growth by identifying best performing ads, ads platform which gives highest CPM, CPC and optimizing the poorer performing ad inventories; identifying the best performing data packs and bundling them with more relevant contents to suit customer needs
