- Empathetic leadership skills—you can guide, inspire, and support without breaking a sweat
- Event organization chops—you know how to put together memorable, meaningful activities that people actually enjoy
- Communication wizardry—clear, kind, and persuasive in both writing and speaking
- A knack for solving problems before they become big ones
- Tech-savvy mindset—you don’t need to code, but you should understand that developers’ “fun” often involves more tabs than a browser can handle
- Educational Requirement

Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Working Days: Weekly: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday off)

Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 BDT (Depending on Skill and Experience)
