∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange technical and pre-production meetings with the production and quality team before new styles/input are given in line.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities
∎ Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the superior. Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work.
∎ Monitoring daily lost time & charge back report, and preparing monthly summary for sharing with the department head.
∎ Preparing monthly section-wise target vs achievement report & KPI.
∎ Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process, from fabric inspection to finished goods.
