Job Context:
∎ Report to: GM (Production)
∎ Position Summary:
∎ TMSS Apparels Limited is a leading Ready Made Garments Manufacturing Company that intends to recruit "Pattern Master".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern making and Marker Making in CAD .
∎ Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments and grading as per instructions, and preparing a mini-marker for the calculation of the material consumption for costing purposes.
∎ For confirmed orders, revising fabric consumption where required based on actual width details, calculating consumption details of other trims and communicating the information to the merchants to support material ordering purposes.
∎ Plotting patterns (for sample room requirements), subsequently preparing markers for cutting and sampling in a timely manner to facilitate the sample and cutting processes.
∎ Adhering to buyer's compliance and any other international standards adopted by the company.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Good numeracy and analytical skills.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Computer literacy with efficient operational experience.
∎ Prerequisite:
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation.
∎ Ability to work on your own part or as part of a team.
∎ Have a good eye for details. • Good judgment & decision making skills.
∎ Strong client facing & teamwork skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
