Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a pattern maker in the fashion industry.
∎ Proficient in CAD pattern-making software (Tuka cad must).
∎ Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and manufacturing processes.
∎ Excellent technical skills, including draping, grading, and fitting.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
∎ High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and create accurate patterns from designers’ sketches and technical specifications.
∎ Collaborate closely with designers, product developers, and sample makers to ensure the integrity of the designs.
∎ Ensure patterns meet production standards, fitting requirements, and design intentions.
∎ Make pattern adjustments based on fittings and recommend garment construction improvements.
∎ Mentor and guide junior pattern makers and technical staff.
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
