- Should have experience in all kind of bottoms and jackets
- Computer literacy is must, especially in CAD Technology (LECTRA, TUKA).
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
- Must be adjustable with factory environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
- Should have knowledge in manual pattern and TUCKACAD
Responsibilities & Context:
- Pattern Master will work under Sample Development Team to prepare accurate patterns for various styles, ensuring proper fitting and production feasibility according to buyer requirements. The role requires close coordination with the Design, Merchandising and production teams to interpret designs into patterns, maintaining fabric efficiency and quality standards to support timely and cost-effective sample and bulk production.
- Job Description:
- Assist Pattern Team for garment (Woven - Bottom & Jacket) design & production
- Makes basic sizes pattern by using auto cad software - Investonica, Lectra, Tuka etc.
- Pattern correction according to sample fit
- Turn 2D patterns into visual stunning
- Prepare sample after approval from buyer & send to concern department
- Create master pattern for each size
- Mark Samples & Finished patterns with information
- Any other task as & when required
