∎ MUST HAVE PRACTICAL WORKING EXPERIENCE TO PRODUCE WORK WEAR, OUTER WEAR, & UNIFORM.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure garments efficient, consumption, pattern development.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers. ja
∎ Review and understand designer comments on pattern & Sample and take necessary action for sample development.
∎ To provide technical advice and support designer, merchandiser staffs, factories and production team members.
∎ To all time communicate with merchandiser and factory production staffs.
∎ Develop, Implement and enforce CAD standards.
∎ Pattern design, grading and marker making.
∎ Creating new patterns & its customization, marker making & grading, Must have sufficient technical knowledge.
∎ Overall responsible of CAD, Pattern & Sample with production line follow up.
∎ To prepare the pattern and size set and send it to the buyer office if needed.
∎ To attend the risk analysis meeting.
∎ Have experience in work WINDA software.
∎ To ensure the fabric, thread; elastic, tape, interlining and zipper booking consumption.
∎ To prepare the photo, wash and counter sample.
∎ To prepare revise counter sample.
∎ To maintain the in house and buying house PP meeting.
∎ To make the first size set sample and correction.
∎ To ensure the before wash man after wash measurement.
∎ To maintain the shrinkage 1-6 and make in CM 34'' & 30''.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
∎ To maintain original sample/pattern/TP/Master sample register.
∎ Grading, marking and cutting pattern as per buyer requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Production management (Cutting), Production management (Sewing).
∎ Computer knowledge emailing, MS Word, MS Excel, Graphics.
∎ Must have experience on handling Lectra software.
∎ Must have knowledge on pattern making and grading.
∎ Should have experience in both manual & Auto pattern making.
∎ Should have experience in all Men's & Women's item pattern
∎ Punctual, honest and decent
∎ Good communication competence in English .

Salary: Negotiable
