Garments Costing, Pattern correction, Pattern grading, Pattern making, Pattern Marking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Examine sketches, sample articles and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, size of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material of fabric required to make a product.
∎ Must know Caps & Headwear Costing & calculate Consumption.
∎ Must know Caps & Headwear pattern designing manually as well as by Opti Tex CAD software or 2D/3D Pattern Design Software as per Buyer specification and Design requirement.
∎ Create Caps pattern from which to mass-produce a design concept.
∎ To know pattern correction with adding percentage.
∎ Execute size grading, marker and consumptions with best efficiency.
∎ Guide the sample markers to adhere to the technical specifications whilst sewing.
∎ Provide instructions to factories on Caps pattern making/grading, garment construction and sewing operations and find alternatives.
∎ Check the conformity (construction, style, fitting, specification etc.).
∎ Monitor fit, measurement and workmanship according to the customer requirements and workmanship, from development to production.
∎ Evaluate the Caps sample for fit, production, seam positions and other design features and subsequently make the necessary rectifications whilst consulting the sample room manager in the event of complications.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must need Caps & Headwear factory experiences.
∎ Well conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
