Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: garment cutting, Pattern making, Shape and size of pattern parts
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garment Technology, Garments Cutting, Garments Manufacturing, Pattern making, Shape and size of pattern parts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Pattern maker shall, in particularly perform the following tasks but not necessarily be limited to:
∎ BEFORE THE PRODUCTION
∎ 1st samples /REDO samples fitting & checking
∎ Check of SMS, REDO fitting & checking
∎ Check PPS garment fitting and measurements
∎ Able to check all samples, PPS garment, inline , final inspection ,& workmanship In the absence of a technician
∎ Communication with suppliers and if arise any issues to adjust of pattern /consumption
∎ DURING THE PRODUCTION
∎ Need to check with suppliers, Did the supplier use our patterns or not from the P1 /SMS /PPS to Bulk . and also make a solution if arise any issues to adjust of pattern /consumption
∎ Need to check ,whether the gradation is done correctly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Strong and sharp Knowledges in pattern making, Sample and quality of RMG
∎ Good & recent Experience with European Brands (Minimum 3 years)
∎ Good English Speaker and Writer (Compulsory)
∎ Strong capacity of collaboration & communication with the factory
∎ Team player with a global mind set and forthcoming personality
∎ Able to work in a busy and efficient working environment
∎ Manage the multi-duties in a flexible, analytical and well-organized Way
∎ Familiar with garment production process and Quality control system,
∎ Strong sense of responsibility and integrity with independent personality
∎ Flexible office timing considering the work load
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
∎ IT and Languages Skills:
∎ Strong and sharp Knowledge in computing
∎ Regular user of Pack Office Pro ( Excel, PPT, Word )
∎ Advanced in MS-excel and e-mailing
∎ Excellent English Speaker and Writer (Compulsory!!)
