Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate quotation rounds with garment suppliers and conduct negotiation.
∎ Validate costing calculation with global office and suppliers.
∎ Validate the preliminary order to suppliers after receiving them from global office.
∎ Tracking and distribution of samples in accordance with the agreed schedule.
∎ Communicate with global office regarding technical specifications.
∎ Checking PPS of bulk fabric.
∎ Solve fabric issues in close coordination with suppliers and head office.
∎ Check pre-production garment samples and coordinate with QC/technical department.
∎ Help sending samples to suppliers or head office
∎ Collect related document from suppliers which need be confirmed..
∎ Collect the technical file and validate some necessary information
∎ Update daily report for bulk fabric & PP garment sample chart.
∎ PP fabric approval and PP garment sample approval
∎ Communicate with oversea office and suppliers.
∎ May do independently follow up a few of garment category
∎ Communication and coordination with oodji Department Managers in needs.
∎ Maintain detailed product cost sheets that will support activity based costing
∎ Work with suppliers, QC and Sourcing to maintain adherence to orders while remaining flexible to changing business needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Professional Knowledge:
∎ Relevant 5 years or more working experience in textile merchandising area especially in sweaters, knitting and woven in Men's and women's garment
∎ Knowledge of international trade
∎ Team player with a global mind set and forthcoming personality
∎ Able to work in a busy and efficient working environment
∎ Manage the multi-duties in a flexible, analytical and well organized Way
∎ Familiar with garment production process and Quality control system,
∎ Has knowledge of ISO 9001, SA8000, 4 Point system, AQL 2.5 would be a plus.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility and integrity with independent personality
∎ Strong capacity of collaboration & communication with management and stakeholder
∎ Good Negotiation Skills
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in multifaceted situation
∎ Flexible office timing considering the work load
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
∎ IT and Languages Skills:
∎ Strong and sharp Knowledge in computing
∎ Regular user of Pack Office Pro ( Excel, PPT, Word )
∎ Advanced in ms-excel and e-mailing
∎ Excellent English Speaker and Writer (Compulsory!!)
