Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required to oversee the showroom, coach and mentor employees and monitor inventory.
∎ Need to be an expert in sales techniques and required to attract and secure business.
∎ Should ensure the maintenance of processes that work and the reinvention of procedures that impede sales.
∎ Training staff
∎ Documenting sales and upkeep accounts accordingly
∎ Inventory Management
∎ Should be able to display balanced personality, outstanding teamwork, communication skill and arbitration abilities.
