Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales target
∎ Maintain daily outlet operation
∎ Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates
∎ Develop policies and procedures and enforce to establish
∎ Maintain clean and safety outlet environment
∎ Schedule time for orientation and job training for outlet associates
∎ Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standard
∎ Organize the meeting to discuss issues and updates
∎ Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in timely and accurate manner
∎ Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes
∎ Improve sales associates about Sales, customer orientation, merchandising through proper training
∎ Any other task given by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, POS and other software’s
∎ Ability to work in a group/team
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Good oral and written communication skill
