∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly & annual training calendar and budgets based on training need assessment.
∎ Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into training program plans.
∎ Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
∎ Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
∎ Conduct new employee orientation program
∎ Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
∎ Assist in Preparing HR policy, Manpower Planning and organogram
∎ Monitor employee performance appraisal and KPI related activities
∎ Any other works as & when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent analytical skills & presentation skills.
∎ Problem solving skills & analysis.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communication with people.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
