Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Migration, Database Administrator (DBA), Linux server, Oracle Database, Windows Server
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creates and maintain all database servers required for development, testing, and production usage.
∎ Creating storage database structures with high-level security features.
∎ Creating autonomous database backups.
∎ Establish Oracle RDBMS Architecture and technologies such as RAC, RMAN, Data Guard, Golden Gate, Real Application Testing, and partitioning features.
∎ Write SQL Query, scripts, functions for database system with Oracle.
∎ Proactively monitor the database environment and make changes to data structures, SQL, application logic, and the DBMS subsystem to optimize performance.
∎ Working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS Architecture and HA technologies such as Always ON Availability Group, Replication, Mirroring, Log Shipping.
∎ Refine and automate regular processes, resolve and track issues, and document changes.
∎ Ensure database backups are being done as scheduled and recover databases as needed.
∎ Maintain and periodically test the backup/recovery strategy by refreshing the DEV, TEST, and TRAIN Environments.
∎ Install/configure databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.), and apply service and feature packs (On-Premises and cloud platform like AWS, Azure).
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc., and detect and troubleshoot Oracle Server / Oracle-related CPU, memory, etc. I/O, disk space, and other resource contention problems.
∎ Upgrade databases to newer versions and migrate databases from MySQL to Oracle.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years working as an Oracle Database Administrator, or in a related role.
∎ Solid understanding of Database, knowledge about Real Application Cluster (RAC) and Database backup is a must.
∎ Working experience in Linux platform is a must.
∎ Ability to work with a team in an Agile environment- you can address bugs with QA, plan schemas with engineering, and respond quickly to other business needs
∎ Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues, and experience with best practices around database operations
∎ Certification in Linux and Oracle Database will be a plus
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be considered according to skills and experiences.
