Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Ophthalmic Assistant Course

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage eye patient daily.
∎ Support ophthalmic check-up including eye examination through trial set, slit lamp and other ophthalmic equipment
∎ Follow strictly the clinical protocol developed by the project
∎ Provide selective eye care services to each patients
∎ Provide refraction services and dispending appropriate medicine and spectacles
∎ Communicate to the respective person of the hospital for referral services
∎ Provide effective counseling to the patients for completion of services
∎ Provide all support to eye consultant during eye check up
∎ Inform to the centre manager for any problem facing in daily operation of the centre

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Knowledge on Current national and global development trends related to urban health services and health services sector, heath services delivery mechanism, women empowerment, community organizing and social mobilization, rights based approach, gender, good governance, access to information, SDGs
∎ Results based management
∎ Decision making and problem solving skills
∎ Communication and documentation skills
∎ Competent on Creativity; Result oriented; Integrity; Flexibility; Decisiveness; Adaptability; Teamwork; Self-motivated; Ability to plan and manage work independently; Commitment to learning, developing skills and sharing knowledge and information
