Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production activities as per the Production Plan while ensuring no safety incidents and achieving daily production targets with desired quality and cost.
∎ Ensure the Manpower deployment and training on lines and deliver the output as per requirement.
∎ Improving OEE and Line Efficiency.
∎ Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to avoid stockouts and excess stock.
∎ Drive the Productivity Projects and create a funnel to save the Manpower on lines.
∎ Ensuring the Rejections % as well as Productivity as achieved as per the Target.
∎ Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure products meet established standards.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with the contract manufacturer and other key suppliers.
∎ Oversee contract negotiations and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
∎ Collaborate with the contract manufacturer to ensure alignment on production goals, quality benchmarks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection to order placement and receipt of goods.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular vendor assessments to ensure reliability, quality, and competitiveness.
∎ Responsible for Commodity Parts Development, managing cost competitiveness; identify the best source using market intelligence.
∎ Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for Atomberg and its supply chain partners in the region
∎ Identify cost savings opportunities by benchmarking competitor products.
∎ Monitor production costs, track spending against budgets, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
∎ Generate and implement efficient Sourcing and category management strategies.
∎ Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
∎ Prepare regular operational and sourcing reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Stakeholder Management
∎ Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Office
∎ Knowledge of Problem-solving tools, TQM and Knowledge of 7QC tools.
∎ Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance.
∎ Hands on knowledge on resolving the Problems through PSP methodology.
∎ Efficient knowledge in Line balancing and masking Operators to utilize manpower
∎ Understanding of Standard Work concept, Lean methodology and following Single Piece flow Methodology.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
