Experience:

• At least 7 years

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• At least 7 years

• Age 30 to 55 years

• Minimum 7 years of experience is required with 3 years as an Operations Manager.

• Oversee and manage all administrative, accounts, and service-related functions at the resort.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for all sections, including Reservations, Reception, Room Service, Restaurant and Catering Services, Swimming Pool Services, Cleaning, Laundry, Gardening and Landscaping, Safety and Security, Utility Management, and General Maintenance.
• Regularly train team members to enhance their skills.
• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction while fostering a positive work environment for staff.
• Provide comprehensive services for corporate and social programs, picnics, and other events, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
• Handle any other tasks assigned by the Top Management from time to time.
