Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Customer Service, Leadership, Management, team work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Hotel, Tour Operator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full Operations leadership.
∎ Efficiency management of Lifeguards, Admission, Customer Service, Activities, H&S and the support departments Park Services and Gardening.
∎ Maintain, develop and improve CEX KPI’s of the department.
∎ Handle personal, online and telephone complains, and follow-up resolutions.
∎ Assure total safety to the guests and staff.
∎ Responsible for efficiently management of Attractions and down-times.
∎ Control continuously the quality of the service.
∎ Control continuously the cleanliness of the attractions and the park.
∎ Procurement optimum stocks of operation materials and supplies.
∎ Implement and maintain programs of general visual standards.
∎ Handles customer service issues and First Aid as they arise
∎ Be aware of new trends and propose improvement to the GM
∎ Communicate technical issues and follow-up the solving process.
∎ Motivate their team.
∎ Provide reporting to the GM and Steering Committee.
∎ Assist to the General Manager as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skills: Good in Excel, Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
∎ Knowledge and experience in large venue’s Operations Management
∎ Knowledge of business and project management principles and practices
∎ Great Communication Skills in English and Bangla
∎ Always ready to come to work with a Smile

Salary:
