Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Professional Degree in Spa Massage or Professional Training in Spa Therapy.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the spa team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
∎ Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing) in a safe and comfortable manner.
∎ Welcome the guest in and take him/her for a spa tour explaining the facilities.
∎ Provide consistent professional massage, beauty treatment & body wellness treatments in accordance with spa protocols.
∎ Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.
∎ Obtain the basic medical history of the client and suggest appropriate therapy based on the client’s health condition.
∎ Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
∎ Maintain spa and treatment appearance and cleanliness according to standard operating procedure.
∎ Check treatment area on a daily basis to be safe, clean and fit for guest’s use.
∎ Adhere to all hotel and company standards, Business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures including Health, Hygiene and Safety and maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues.
∎ Train local staffs on how to perform spa treatments as per spa standard and current offers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
