Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain high standards of food and beverage and guest services quality
∎ Efficiency management of all Restaurants, Kiosks, Bars food karts
∎ Maintain, develop and improve CEX KPI's
∎ Procurement F&B optimum supplies stocks
∎ Comply with all H&S regulations
∎ Program regular purchases and make requests to the Purchasing dept.
∎ Detect eventual necessities and make requests to the Purchasing dept.
∎ Implement programs to boost sales and increase ebitda of the department
∎ Implement new products programs and maintain visual standards
∎ Control continuously the quality of the product offered
∎ Control continuously the cleanliness of the restaurants and point of sales
∎ Be aware of new trends and propose improvement to the GM
∎ Communicate technical issues and follow-up the solving process
∎ Motivate their team
∎ Provide reporting to the GM and Steering Committee
∎ Assist to the General Manager as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience with World-Class water park project/Five-star Hotel/ Resort in the relevant field highly preferred
∎ Expertise in Food processing and preservation/Quality management/Food standards and quality/ Nutrition and the food web will be highly preferable
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Customer Support/ Client Service, Food and Beverage, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness
∎ Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage Management
∎ Knowledge of business and project management principles and practices
∎ Experience managing to brand standards
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Strong negotiation skills
∎ Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Salary: Negotiable
