∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
∎ 5–10 years of experience in operations management and supply chain coordination.
∎ Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, EBS365).
∎ Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
∎ Punctual, analytical, and skilled in problem-solving.
∎ Positive attitude towards sustainable and eco-friendly production practices.
∎ Experience with production software will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the construction, renovation, and expansion of new buildings or factory areas.
∎ Oversee the operations of external production units and ensure quality standards.
∎ Ensure timely product delivery and regular follow-up.
∎ Use ERP software to create and approve necessary requisitions.
∎ Monitor stock and ensure timely replenishment using the inventory module.
∎ Verify supplier invoices, process payments, and ensure timely settlements.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement, accounts, and finance teams.
∎ Handle LC opening, shipment, and preparation and supervision of import-export documentation.
∎ Manage customs clearance, banking procedures, and logistics.
∎ Coordinate the entire supply chain from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and develop backup sourcing plans.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, industrial codes, and all relevant local and international environmental regulations.
∎ Prepare for and implement audits (BSCI, SEDEX, GRS, ISO, etc.).
∎ Maintain up-to-date documentation on workers' rights and workplace environment, and assist authorities when needed.
∎ Oversee daily production activities and manage the team.
∎ Control production costs and take initiatives to minimize waste.
∎ Implement quality standards, punctuality, and safety policies.
∎ Maintain effective coordination between workers and office staff.
∎ Prepare monthly operational reports and present them to management.
∎ Analyze production, costs, delays, and risks, and propose solutions and strategies.
∎ Construction & Infrastructure:
