Desh Link Lock Industries Limited (32+ years in the hardware & tools industry) is looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Operations In-Charge to oversee and manage overall factory operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of proven experience in hardware & tools manufacturing, with strong leadership and operational management skills.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day factory operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely achievement of production and business targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate operations staff for better performance.
• Monitor manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and sales departments.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
