Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Law/ Public Administration, or related field.
CA CC will be added an advantage.
Comprehensive understanding of legal, financial, operational, and compliance frameworks related to trusts, hospitals, schools, and non-profit organizations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to rural and remote project areas.
High level of integrity, accountability, and dedication to humanitarian service.
Ensure that all activities and projects of the Trust comply with government regulations, legal requirements, and both internal and external policies.
Liaise with government authorities to obtain necessary approvals, licenses, and certificates.
Plan, implement, and monitor trust programs and initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project budgets, expenses, and related reporting documents.
Coordinate and supervise staff, service providers, and vendors involved in the Trust activities.
Conduct regular field visits to project sites; such as hospitals, schools, and water projects to monitor implementation and performance.
Support financial operations including bookkeeping, statutory audits, and other audit-related activities.
