∎ Basic knowledge on Motorcycle and spare parts would be an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Office hours
∎ Extensive product-related content research, writing and data entry.
∎ Regularly generating and posting content in Social Media
∎ Tending to product queries on phone, social media and website
∎ Regularly uploading and Updating vendor and product information in the website
∎ Processing order i.e. collect product from vendors upon order confirmation, packaging and booking products in courier etc
∎ Logistics Management i.e. Hygiene of the work space, packaging tools and equipment, Product Photography devices and equipment, PC, Printers and accessories, Stationaries etc.
∎ Assistance to superior and Co-workers as and when solicited
∎ Maintaining Daily Attendance and Order Roster and regularly reporting to Superior with the same
∎ Retain motivation and sharing all sort of problems including personal ones with the superior which may affect self-performance
∎ Lend a hand to superior as and when needed.
∎ The Duties are subject to amendment as deemed necessary by the Superior with willful consent of the employee in harmony with the Salary and Perquisite package.
∎ The Operation Executive shall be working in the office and the motorcycle parts market in Bongshal. For the first few months, he/she shall be working under the guidance of his/her superior, Senior Operation Executive, so as to learn the dynamics. Once sufficiently trained as perceived by the superior, he/she will be entrusted with responsibilities as deemed appropriate.
