Job Summary: Bongshal.com is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations & E-commerce Coordinator to support our daily operations, online order handling, and product management. The selected candidate will undergo hands-on field training to gain in-depth knowledge of our motorcycle-related parts and accessories. This role combines office-based coordination with occasional field tasks, making it ideal for someone who wants a comprehensive view of how e-commerce operates in the motorcycle industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Add, update, and remove products on the website with accurate information and images.
Maintain up-to-date inventory, pricing, and vendor listings.
Ensure clear categorisation and searchability of all items.
Order & Operations Handling:
Process incoming online and offline orders and coordinate fulfilment.
Collect products from vendors post-confirmation.
Supervise packaging and book shipments through courier partners.
Field Duties (as needed):
Attend markets and vendor locations for training and support.
Gain first-hand knowledge of product specifications and sourcing.
Assist in field operations for urgent collections, deliveries, or market research.
Sales & Logistics Coordination:
Sync logistics operations with daily sales activities.
Coordinate between courier teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Office & Support Responsibilities:
Maintain attendance logs, order tracking, and daily operational checklists.
Ensure workspace cleanliness, supply availability, and equipment functionality.
Assist seniors and teammates with administrative or ad hoc duties.
Customer Communication:
Respond to product inquiries across phone, social media, and the website.
Handle basic customer service and escalate issues when needed.
Age at most 28 years
