Job Context:
∎ TWOSUNS Bangladesh Limited is a member of TWOSUNS Group, which is a Hong Kong based trims supplier with operations in Hong Kong, China, Switzerland and Germany. We focus on producing high-end plastic/metal string seals, leather/PU patches, and other specials for European and American clients.
∎ Due to business expansion into Bangladesh, our organization is looking for high caliber people to join our team.
∎ We are looking to employ an HR & Administration Officer with excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and conflict-management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The officer is expected to be knowledgeable about employment legislation and possesses strategic and commercial insight into the labor process.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment;
∎ Administering payroll and maintaining proper employee records;
∎ Interpreting and advising on employment law;
∎ Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
∎ Dealing with employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner;
∎ Negotiating with employees and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions;
∎ Recruiting employees - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
∎ Developing and implementing policies on issues such as performance appraisal, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
∎ Supporting overall office operations and coordinating with HQ HR & Administration team;
∎ Performing other appropriate duties upon request by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ At least five years of experience in human resources with a proven track record;
∎ Solid understanding of labor legislation, HR functions and best practices;
∎ Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills;
∎ Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution;
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
∎ Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to the Organization's mission;
Salary: Negotiable
