∎ TWOSUNS Bangladesh Ltd. is a member of TWOSUNS Group who is a Hong Kong based trims supplier with operations in Hong Kong, China, Switzerland and Germany. We focus on handling the production of high-end plastic/metal string seals and leather/PU patches and other specials for European and American clients. Due to business expansion into Bangladesh, we are looking for high caliber people to join us.
∎ As a “Customer Service Officer”, you will be responsible to handle customer orders, coordinate with warehouse team to deliver goods. Process purchase orders and issue commercial documents from ERP. Receive and handle customer complaints, maintain and strengthen good relationship with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer orders, coordinate with warehouse team to deliver goods
∎ Process purchase orders and issue commercial documents from ERP system
∎ Receive and handle customer complaints, maintain and strengthen good relationship with customers
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ Follow communication procedure, guidelines and policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-year work experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in customer service field of garments accessories manufacturing sector is highly preferable.
∎ Must have good English speaking and writing skills.
∎ Skills with MS Office, ERP system and the Internet.
∎ Self-motivated, independent, persistent and attentive.
∎ Mature and excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
