Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Bachelor/Honors

• Preferably in Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering.

• Candidates with specialised training in Product Development & Quality Control will be preferred.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of QC processes, lab testing, and buyer quality standards.

• Good communication skills in English & Bengali.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.

• Develop new products as per buyer requirements and market trends.

• Ensure quality standards from product development to final production.

• Conduct product testing, sample checking, and quality evaluations.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and design teams to ensure smooth PD & QC operations.

• Maintain proper documentation for product development and quality control.

• Work closely with buyers/vendors for technical support and quality approval.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer standards, and international quality norms.
