Preferably in Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
Candidates with specialised training in Product Development & Quality Control will be preferred.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
Strong knowledge of QC processes, lab testing, and buyer quality standards.
Good communication skills in English & Bengali.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop new products as per buyer requirements and market trends.
Ensure quality standards from product development to final production.
Conduct product testing, sample checking, and quality evaluations.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and design teams to ensure smooth PD & QC operations.
Maintain proper documentation for product development and quality control.
Work closely with buyers/vendors for technical support and quality approval.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer standards, and international quality norms.
