Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly deposit target and portfolio growth
∎ Ensure and meet repeat collection target and follow-up
∎ Ensure retention of mature encashment and reduction of premature encashment
∎ Perform daily sales visit and report through official Mobile Application
∎ Check and submit deposit form and ensure correction of information in the form
∎ Supervise, monitor, and train branch team & team members
∎ Resolve branch team liability audit/compliance issues, integrity issues and disciplinary issues
∎ Develop Business in favor of the assigned branch and product
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart, energetic, dynamic and proactive
∎ Should have excellent communication & presentation skill
∎ Should have sound knowledge in computer application
Salary: Negotiable
