Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve production processes to maximize efficiency in Paper manufacturing.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Monitor and enhance line balancing for optimal resource utilization.
- Calculate and update SMVs for all paper items based on accurate time studies.
- Ensure accurate data entry in system records for cost estimation and target setting.
- Assist in planning production capacity to meet order demands while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the planning team to determine feasible delivery timelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance and recommend improvements.
- Design effective workstation layouts to minimize operator fatigue and maximize productivity.
- Work closely with the quality team to ensure production meets customer specifications.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement projects to reduce non-productive time.
- Train supervisors and operators on best practices and process improvements.
