Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or the paper/packaging industry is highly desirable. Experience with corporate clients or tissue and hygiene products is also beneficial.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for client interactions and presentations.
• Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills are needed to build and maintain client relationships.

• Technical: Knowledge of the specific products (e.g., paper, board, tissue) and their applications is important.
• Market Analysis: The ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities is a plus.
• Computer skills: Familiarity with reporting and sales-related software is generally required.
• Language: Proficiency in English is often required.

• Conduct Market research to identify potential clients and market trends in paper sector.

• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).

• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company`s marketing goals.

• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.

• Work actively with the marketing communications to create product awareness and lead marketing promotion programs to increase margins and market share.

• Market Visit to see competitor’s activities with dealers, retail shops.

• Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.

• Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness.

• Monitor, prepare and report on marketing communications and sales activity.

• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

• Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
