Soorty Textiles BD Ltd. is inviting applications from dynamic, self-motivated, and career-oriented for the position of Officer/Sr. Officer-Industrial Engineering(IE).

• Conduct time and motion studies to determine Standard Minute Value (SMV).

• Perform line balancing to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.

• Monitor production performance and analyze efficiency reports.

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports.

• Assist in capacity planning and production target setting.

• Work closely with production, planning, and quality teams.

• Optimize manpower utilization and workflow layout.

• Implement lean manufacturing tools continuous improvement.

• Support cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
