Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to ensure all quality system & requirements according to the RQS requirements and company’s quality standards.
∎ Must know & understand company’s Quality Policy and follow/relate it with daily work to Fulfill QS requirements.
∎ Ensuring bulk production which complies with standards. Responsible for all types of inspection (initial to final).
∎ Develop yearly training schedule and execute accordingly for all the concern person.
∎ Ensuring of button pull test & nickel test.Conducting pre-production meeting and maintain records for every new design Secure competence of the NQC team and develop for the nomination.
∎ Responsible of muck-up kept.Obey and implement the instruction of the senior officials & head of the department.
