∎ Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role is responsible to assist all sort of legal affairs relevant with Home Loan. Such as checking legal documents, drafting of security documents, scrutinizing all sorts of legal documents and ensure other legal affairs related to home loan matters as and when required.
∎ Receive Home Loan file from source/Branch end and place request to Credit Department, Legal and Valuation;
∎ Check the legal vetting, opinions and scrutinize all sorts of legal documents.
∎ Collect Legal Vetting/Opinion and Title search report for home loan from internal/external service provider.
∎ Discuss about legal wanting, observation with source and mitigate to obtain final legal opinion;
∎ Ensure proper documentation, MIS and post disbursement documentation
∎ Co-ordinate with senior management regarding all legal issue
∎ Keep liaison with legal team, external service provider & source.

∎ Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets
∎ Thorough financial and industry knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients
∎ Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in Banks/ NBFIs
∎ Ability to meet assigned target
∎ Fluency in English
