Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Responsibility to Production operation with minimize wastage & to provide production planning, quality assurance and coordination of maintenance activities to minimize downtime of the system.
∎ Co-Ordinate & supervision with all of the related staff.
∎ Prepare daily production, Floor stock & wastage report.
∎ Prepare monthly production, delivery & Inventory report.
∎ Control manpower & ensure good housekeeping.
∎ Have to prepare & maintain duty schedule of production-related person & making good relation with everybody.
∎ Arranging/organizing training of Operators to improve Technical skill.
∎ Files, records and documents are well maintained & updated.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in PP woven bag factory.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.

Salary: Negotiable
