• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to mobilize and manage deposits.

• Identify new business opportunities and ensure steady acquisition of low-cost deposits.

• Regularly visit clients to strengthen relationships and understand their financial needs.

• Oversee the end-to-end cash management process, from proposal submission to service implementation.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Track and analyze customer transaction behaviors to identify growth opportunities.

• Guide and mentor the Cash Management team, ensuring continuous skill development.

• Implement integrated cash management solutions to enhance efficiency and revenue.

• Monitor and analyze MIS reports and corporate deposit portfolios to drive informed decision-making.

• Represent the Bank professionally, fostering relationships with high-value corporate clients and priority individuals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, digital banking platforms, and market dynamics.
