∎ Experience in processed / export /seed potato cultivation.
∎ Sound technical knowledge of potato and rice production.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Have good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and analytical
∎ Have to know reporting
∎ Have knowledge on public management & networking
∎ Experience in processed / export /seed potato cultivation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To select Potato based Yearly Crop Production Block on the basis of Land Quality, Irrigation & Drainage System.
∎ To select actual Farmers for Processed/ Export Potato Cultivation.
∎ Prepare Block Approval Documents and timely submit to the Supervisor.
∎ Arranged Farmers’ Meeting and complete Agreements with Contact Farmers.
∎ Sharing information among the Contact Farmers properly & timely.
∎ Regular Field Visit & provide Technical Support to the Contact Farmers.
∎ To ensure Quality Potato & others Crop Production by Contact Farmers.
∎ To ensure proper Field Curing, Shade Curing, Sorting and Grading of Products.
∎ To ensure Product collection and storage smoothly.
∎ Collection of data about Farmers, Land and crops and update regularly.
∎ Maintain Stock Report and Documents regularly.
∎ Do any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors.
