• Diploma in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Experience in processed / export /seed potato cultivation.
• Sound technical knowledge of potato and rice production.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Have good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and analytical
• Have to know reporting
• Have knowledge on public management & networking

• To select potato based yearly crop production block on the basis of land quality, irrigation & drainage system.

• To select actual farmer for processed / export potato cultivation.

• Prepare block approval documents and timely submit to the supervisor.

• Arrangement of farmers’ meeting and compete Agreement with contact growers.

• Impute distribution among the contact growers properly & timely.

• Regular field visit & provide technical support to the contract growers.

• To ensure quality potato & others crop production by contract growers.

• To ensure proper field curing, shade curing, sorting and grading of product.

• To ensure product collection and storage smoothly. 

• All data collection & update regularly of farmer, land and crops.

• Maintain stock and all documents regularly.

• Do any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
