Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is looking for committed & performance as Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 with amendment.
- Assist in the recruitment & hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting job offers to onboarding & smooth induction for new employees.
- Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization`s goals and objectives.
- Help to implement laws and regulations.
- Work about employee engagement, organizational development.
- Coordinate with Line Managers and Head of HR to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions and job specifications.
- Assist in the Employees Performance Management system to meet departmental objectives.
- Prepare all necessary documents for performance appraisal of employees.
- Process and issue Employees’ ID Cards, Mobile SIM and Visiting Cards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date of Employee personal file.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including financial data, and other HR databases.
- Perform any other duties, as assigned by the management.
