Job Context:
∎ Ensuring new business of Micro Insurance (Credit Shield insurance & Saving Protection Term Life Insurance) for Clients of Different kinds of Micro finance Institutions (MFI) by continuous communication & provide them different services all over the country.
∎ Developing of Innovative ideas for micro insurance business development.
∎ Assisting Department head in developing and achieving the strategic and operational objectives of the Micro Insurance business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging & managing meeting with existing & potential partners within and outside of Dhaka city.
∎ Field visit outside of Dhaka city (all over the country).
∎ Expanding Micro Insurance project all over the country through communication, negotiation, maintaining excellent relationship with existing & potential partner MFIs, Banks etc.
∎ Preparing proposal for MFIs for Micro-Insurance.
∎ Preparing SLA for various proposal for Micro Insurance.
∎ Responding to claim query from MFIs-HO through mail/phone call (if required).
∎ Sharing analytical report for MFIs-HO Team (when required).
∎ Analyzing monthly MIS/FIS reports.
∎ Reviewing the MIP report.
∎ Performing any other official tasks assigned by the management of GLIL.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
