Brick, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate tunnel kiln, inspect product, correct and adjust settings and operational parameters as needed.
∎ Change, create, and save recipes, settings, temperatures, time etc. as needed.
∎ Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet production goals.
∎ Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
∎ Maintain electrical troubleshooting and solve PLC based problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years practical experience in production department from any reputed ceramic industry (Tunnel Kiln Operation).
∎ Self motivated with a high sense of urgency
∎ Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
∎ Ability to coordinate handoff of production between shifts and maintain visibility of production bottlenecks downstream.
∎ Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area with all tools and equipment in their proper place.
∎ Practical experience in PLC and PLC based control panel.
∎ Must be willing to work full time in the factory premises at factory, Gaizipur.
