Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure career related discussion to identify individual participant’s career objective and counselling them.
∎ Conduct CV review sessions
∎ Provide orientation on job markets and guide participants for career planning
∎ Assess the participants and sharing improvement plan to individual & guide them for soft skills training.
∎ Maintain liaison with project stakeholders, employers, technical institute, private sector, NGOs who are work in skills development.
∎ Prepare relevant reports and documentation
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Some professional or voluntary experience in NGOs, youth led organizations, university clubs preferably in career development
Salary: Negotiable
